Covenants Committee

The Covenants Committee is responsible for monitoring compliance with Juno Isles’ covenants. When a violation is observed directly or brought to the committee’s attention, it will notify the resident in writing with an explanation of the violation and necessary remedial action. Enforcement of the covenants is a responsibility of the entire JICA board.
