At last year’s Annual Meeting interest in allowing metal roofs in Juno Isles was expressed. The Board has looked into this, paying particular attention to the research done by The Ridge at The Bluffs before they allowed metal roofs in their community. At our Annual Meeting in November, an amendment to the covenants to allow metal roofs will be up for vote (as well as at least two other amendments).

A workshop to answer questions about metal roofs will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 7:00PM at Ocean View Methodist Church. The meeting will also be available online to those who prefer to join virtually. (Please login to the Residents Only section for meeting details.) Two companies that manufacture and install metal roofs will be available at the meeting to answer questions and will have samples on display. Supporting material about metal roofs and the proposed amendments are included below.
